The seminar based on the ''How to Improve Your Marriage'' chapter of the Scientology Handbook has proven to be very popular.

The Scientology Volunteer Minister Trans-Siberian Goodwill Tour uses the Scientology Handbook in the seminars and courses that they deliver to help people improve the conditions in their life. The Scientology Handbook is a compilation of the research of Scientology founder, L. Ron Hubbard, to help people handle the situations that ruin their life.

Each of the chapters are also published as a separate booklet in all the languages of the regions that they are traveling through, the Scientology Volunteer Ministers have the tools they need to help people do better in all aspects of life.

As an example, one of the Volunteer Ministers used the "Targets and Goals" booklet to assist a local businessman. Even though this man has a prosperous business and leads a successful life, many years earlier he had given up on accomplishing a personal goal that was very important to him, and the moment he gave up on this, the spark went out of his life. By reading the chapter of the Scientology Handbook he realized exactly what he had to do, and set out to accomplish his goal once again.

A group of firemen wanted to improve their ability to help other people. The Volunteer Ministers provided a workshop, using the "Tone Scale" chapter of the Handbook. The firemen gained a good understanding of what they run into with the people they encounter in their jobs. They are now confident they can handle people who are upset, antagonistic and even apathetic.

With people telling them things like "it helped me a lot," "I felt easier" and "thanks for the kind-hearted attitude," it is no wonder that the Scientology Volunteer Ministers look forward to using the Scientology Handbook to help people throughout Russia.

Some 800 miles to the south east of Moscow a huge yellow tent suddenly appeared in the center of the city of Perm and it is bringing the message to the people of the region that ''Something CAN be done about it.''

The Scientology Volunteer Ministers are looking forward to making Scientology tools broadly available to people the whole length and breadth of Russia.
